Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track a freight shipment?
Enter your PRO number, Purchase Order, or Bill of Lading number in the Freight tab. Our system connects directly to Estes Express APIs for real-time shipment status, movement history, and delivery confirmation.
What is a PRO number?
A PRO (Progressive Rotating Order) number is a unique 10-digit tracking number assigned by freight carriers to each LTL shipment. It is the primary identifier for tracking freight shipments through pickup, transit, and delivery.
Can I track an ocean container?
Yes. Enter your booking reference or container number in the Ocean tab. We integrate with CMA CGM APIs for shipment status, vessel information, port calls, and container lifecycle events.
Which parcel carriers are supported?
We support UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Express tracking. Select your carrier and enter the tracking number from your shipping label to get real-time status updates and delivery confirmation.
Do I need an account to track?
No account is required. Our tracking portal is free and open to anyone with a valid tracking number, PRO number, BOL, or booking reference.
How often does tracking update?
Tracking data is pulled in real-time from carrier APIs each time you search. Freight updates typically reflect within minutes of carrier scans. Parcel tracking updates depend on carrier scan frequency.
